This afternoon I was at Bunnings Kingston volunteering at a sausage sizzle raising money for Rotary Salamanca Sunrise. I really enjoyed being involved in the event and helping out alongside other volunteers.
It was great to meet members of the community, have a chat about the work we do in Rotary and see so many people happy to support a good cause.
The Bunnings sausage sizzle is a well-known and effective way for community groups to raise funds, and we are very grateful to Bunnings for providing local organisations with the opportunity to do this.
Opportunities like this make a real difference and help Rotary continue its valuable work supporting both local and wider community projects.
